The Neron NMG 7004-O FXO Media Gateway acts as a bridge between analog trunk lines and VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) or SIP PBX networks. This FXO gateway converts analog voice signals from the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) into digital packets suitable for transmission over an IP network.

It facilitates the connection of VoIP-enabled devices, such as IP phones, softphones, or IP-PBX systems, to traditional telephone networks. With four FXO (Foreign Exchange Office) ports, the NMG 7004-O can connect up to four analog FXO lines to a VoIP network, PBX system, or branch connectivity.
